  I've been to a lot of Applebee's restaurants, this one has the friendliest wait staff and manager!
  
  An old friend and I stopped by for dessert after a day of shopping and had a blast! I was so surprised and the smiles and helpfulness of this location.
  
  By the way, the pretzel bites are FANTASTIC!

  I am not usually a fan of Apple Bees just because over the years it has really declined in professionalism, cleanliness, and menu variety. However, I gave it a try as it was close to the hotel. My experience left much to be desired.
  
  We were sat at a table promptly, however our server did not know he was our server. He had to ask if "we had been helped " yet. This was only after he walked past us like 4 times. Yes I would have left, but I gathered that they were having some issues with staff. More so, having issues with being under staffed. The gentleman that assisted us was great! As I knew the staff situation was not his responsibility. He was very kind and attentive. The food on the other hand was VERY disappointing. The silverware was  not clean, the ice was dirty so it appeared to be floaties in my child's drink.
  
  Veggies were not chopped correctly, food was not very hot, and it took a significant amount of time for my child's order to arrive. Only to appear over cooked and a bit old. The tortilla strips on the fiesta lime chicken were burnt and the chicken looked a little tough. Overall, I will NOT be returning this establishment. It needs a massive upgrade. There were dirty tables everywhere and they were still dirty when we left. Now I wish I would have taken pictures.

  This is the WORST Applebee's I've been to. I believe getting trench foot would be a better experience than dining at this shart of an establishment. If there was a restaurant embodiment of an enema, it would be this one. If you plan on tackling this crappy mess of a restaurant, strap on some boots and prepare yourself. Before we sat, we went to the bathroom and the toilets were spraying me, almost as if the building itself had a mind of its own and was trying to save me from the employees and food.

  When we walked In three of the waitstaff looked at us and walked away without saying a word we were not acknowledged at all no one cared that we were there. Once someone finally came up and we were sat our waitress came over and was very nice she was the only good part about our experience and unfortunately I didn't get her name but she seemed to be the only one doing her job. If it wasn't for her we would have left after being seated. Several times I saw the other waitresses standing in the kitchen door just talking while our waitress was running around to the other tables and bar. Once we got our food it was it was unsatisfying overly buttery bred on our sandwich to the point of not being able to eat it or we'd be sick. This location needs some work and to hire new staff.

  Ridiculous! Really?? Three of us went for dinner tonight, I ordered an appetizer: the Brisket Quesadillas, and a Caesar Salad.

  Since the quesadillas looked extremely thin when they arrived I opened them up and was amazed that the kitchen would send out such an insulting dish. So little meat or even any filling that I just laughed.
  The waiter came by and asked if everything was ok and I just shrugged and showed him the plate of opened quesadillas. He agreed they were not adequate and offered to send them back to add more meat. I said I had taken a photo and would do a Yelp review but finally agreed to send them back.
  Then the manager came by and said she understood I wasn't happy with my meal. She said she would take the charge off our bill and would send the dish back for "a double". I said, "a double"??, as in you really think the first dish was an adequate portion of filling? Fine. Bring it on please.
  Second try came out but my family was already finished so I got a togo box.
  Check came and we WERE CHARGED for it. My review is my frustration in words for you to see.
  Do not go there!!
  P.S.: as we were leaving Applebee's my husband said his all his food was cold and he just didn't eat it. Argh!
